Solgar® MSM 1000 mg contains MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), an organic sulphur compound and one of the most common substances found in the body and is a building block for bones and joints. Methylsulfonylmethane provides sulphur which is needed for many different essential functions within the body. It plays an important part in supporting collagen, connective tissue and healthy joint cartilage. The collagen support MSM provides may help to promote healthy skin, hair and nails. MSM can also support joint mobility, aid recovery and reduce stiffness of the joints.

Ingredients

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), Bulking Agents (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose), Anti-caking Agents (vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, vegetable stearic acid), Glazing Agents (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)).

Directions

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
