These psyllium husks supplements from Solgar are a supplementary soluble fibre source which can help relieve digestive troubles such as constipation and diarrhoea. Psyllium husks is known to help to regulate effective bowel movements. Psyllium husks work by increasing the bulk in your stool which helps to cause movement of the intestines. Directions

Two capsules daily with a large glass of juice or water (250ml), preferably in between meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
