Blanco Nino Blue Corn Tortilla Chips

Amaranth and blue corn are two ancient grains so tasty and nutritious that they have been staples of the Aztec diet for thousands of years.

Together, these grains have a unique, subtly sweet and earthy flavour.

Nino Blanco are proud to be able to work with farmers in Milpa Alta (meaning high corn field) which overlooks Lake Texcoco. This basin is home of the ancient Aztec capital city of Tenochtitlan, known today as Mexico City.
